Before serving as a judge, Rick had more than 25 years of experience practicing law in business litigation, construction defects, personal injury, and creditors rights. During his 20 years spent on the bench, Rick gained experience and sharpened his skills, particularly during his assignments to the Complex Business Litigation and General Civil Divisions.
